Attestation required by:
- School/College Authorities: The educational institution where the student is applying in the UAE demands this as proof of prior schooling.
- Ministry of Education: The education department in the home country needs to certify the Transfer Certificate.
- Notary Public: A legal notary may need to validate the certificate.
- Ministry of External Affairs (MEA): The central government authority responsible for attesting documents in the home country.
- UAE Embassy/Consulate: They provide the final attestation before the document is accepted in the UAE.
